Welcome to Omega7g.com. These terms cover your use of this website and any purchase of The Dragon Elixir. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them as short and plain as we can.
Who we are
Omega7g is a small-batch business in Killeen, Texas, owned by Orlando "Benjamin" Sharpe. We make one product: The Dragon Elixir, a handmade food product. It is apple cider vinegar with the mother, infused with food ingredients such as garlic, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, jalapeño, beets, raw honey, and molasses. The complete ingredient list is on the product page and on the bottle label.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it or ship it.
- Orders are placed and paid through Universe's built-in checkout. Universe's own terms also apply to the checkout and payment process.
- Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before you pay. We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Pricing
- The Dragon Elixir is currently $35 per bottle. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. A price change will not affect an order we've already confirmed.
- We try hard to get everything right. If a price or product detail is listed in error, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the choice to continue or cancel for a full refund.
Our right to cancel orders
We're a small operation that makes everything by hand, in batches. We may refuse or cancel an order, including after you've paid, if:
- A batch sells out or an ingredient is unavailable
- There's a pricing or listing error
- We can't ship to your address
- We suspect fraud or unauthorized payment
- We can't safely or reasonably fulfill the order for any other reason
If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full through the original payment method.
Canceling your order: If you want to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to cancel it and refund you.
Product use
The Dragon Elixir is a food product. It is not a medicine or a dietary supplement. Our serving suggestion is about 2 tablespoons a day, mixed into water or taken as a shot. That's a suggestion only. Enjoy it in whatever way works for you.
- Raw honey: do not give to infants under 1 year of age.
- Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication, or managing a health condition.
- Read the full ingredient list on the label before use. Don't use the product if you're allergic or sensitive to any ingredient.
- The Elixir is acidic, so dilute it if straight vinegar is too strong for you. Stop using it if it doesn't agree with you.

- Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Bell County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
