At Omega7g, we make one thing, The Dragon Elixir, and we try to handle your information with the same care we put into every bottle. This policy explains in plain English what we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
Omega7g is a small business based in Killeen, Texas. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Omega7g. "You" means anyone who visits Omega7g.com or buys from us.
What we collect
When you place an order. Our store runs on Universe (univer.se), and orders go through Universe's built-in checkout. At checkout you'll be asked for things like:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number (if requested)
- Shipping or billing address
- Payment information
Universe and its payment partners process your card or other payment details. We do not store your full card number on our own systems. Universe's handling of your information is covered by Universe's own privacy policy and terms, so we suggest reading those too.
When you contact us. If you call, text, or email us, we'll have whatever you send: your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message.
When you browse the site. Like most websites, Omega7g.com and the Universe platform may automatically collect basic technical information. That can include your browser type, device type, pages you visited, and general location based on your IP address.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Process, pack, ship, and deliver your order
- Send order confirmations and shipping updates
- Answer your questions and handle any problems with an order
- Keep basic business records, such as sales and tax records
- Improve our website and products
We'll also use your email to send news and offers if you've signed up for them (see "Email updates" below).
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it out or trade it to anyone, ever.
We share information only when it's needed to run the business:
- Universe and its payment partners, to process your order and payment
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your package
- Authorities, if required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request
Email updates
We send occasional emails about new batches, offers, and news from Omega7g, but only to people who choose to receive them.
- Opt-in only. You'll only get our marketing emails if you sign up for them, for example by checking a box at checkout or joining our list on the site.
- Unsubscribe any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you're off the list. You can also email or call us and we'll take you off.
- We never sell our email list. Your address is not sold, rented, or traded to anyone.
Even if you unsubscribe, we'll still send emails about orders you place, like confirmations and shipping updates.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a website can work properly, for example to remember what's in your cart. Universe may use cookies to run the store and checkout.
We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, for example which pages are popular. These tools usually rely on cookies or similar technology. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, like checkout, might not work correctly without them.
How long we keep information
We keep order information as long as we need it to fulfill your order, provide customer service, and meet tax and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or stop using it.
Your choices, including deletion
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
To make a request, email 1@omega7g.com or call 254-281-2342. We may ask you to confirm a few details so we know the request is really from you. We'll honor requests to the extent we're able to. Some records, like completed sales needed for taxes, may have to be kept for a period of time. Information held by Universe may need to be handled through Universe directly, and we're glad to help point you in the right direction.
Children
Our site and products are sold to adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and payments go through Universe's checkout instead of our own systems. No website or online service can promise perfect security, though.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business grows, for example if we add new tools or services. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
