Every bottle of The Dragon Elixir is made by hand in small batches in Killeen, Texas. Here's how it gets to you, and what we'll do if something goes wrong.

Shipping

- Where we ship: Anywhere in the United States

- Processing time: Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Small-batch means that during busy times or between batches, this can occasionally take a little longer. We'll let you know if it does.

- Carrier: USPS

- Delivery time: Typically a few business days after shipping, depending on your location

- Shipping cost: $7-$10, depending on your location. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

- Tracking: When tracking is available, we'll send it to the email you used at checkout.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping, and an additional shipping charge may apply.

Returns, replacements & refunds

Because The Dragon Elixir is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened bottles. It's a matter of food safety. Once a seal is broken, we can't know how the product was handled or stored.

We still want every order to arrive right. Here's our promise:

Damaged, leaking, or wrong item?

If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, and it hasn't been opened, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

1. Your name and order number

2. A photo of the item and the packaging

3. A short description of the problem

Once we review it, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send a damaged bottle back unless we specifically ask you to.

Lost package? If tracking shows your order as delivered and you can't find it, or if it seems stuck in transit, contact us. We'll work with you and the carrier to sort it out.

Refund timing: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Universe's checkout. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to show up. Timing can vary by bank.

Changed your mind? Contact us before your order ships and we'll do our best to cancel it and refund you. Once an order has shipped, we can't take it back.

Storage & care

Treat your Elixir well and it will treat you well.

- Before opening: Keep the bottle sealed in a cool, dark place, like a pantry or cupboard.

- After opening: Refrigerate.

- Avoid heat: Don't leave bottles in hot cars, garages, or direct sunlight, especially in a Texas summer.

- Shelf life, unopened: Keep it sealed in a cool, dark place. Like a good small-batch vinegar, its flavor deepens over time.

- Shelf life, opened: Refrigerate, and enjoy within 6-12 months.

- When to toss it: Throw the bottle out if the cap bulges or hisses when you open it, if mold appears on top, or if it smells off. A cloudy mother and sediment at the bottom are normal and not a reason to throw it out.

About the mother and sediment

The cloudy strands and the settling at the bottom of the bottle are normal. The "mother" is a natural part of raw apple cider vinegar. The sediment comes from the real food ingredients infused into every batch. Some settling, cloudiness, and differences between batches are natural and expected in a handmade product.
